Before training programs can de designed and implemented, the various training needs have to be assessed objectively. HR and Training departments are confronted with this task. We offer 2/3-day focused workshops in Needs Assessment covering all the theoretical aspects but also containing hands-on exercises based on issues arising in the specific companies.

We regularly conduct such courses in large international companies. We were recently mandated by such a company to conduct a 3-day program on-site for a client in the Middle-east.
