Our 1/5-day Intercultural Effectiveness Workshops raise awareness of intercultural issues on leadership, hierarchy, delegation, team-building, conflict resolution and motivation and provide effective suggestions and solutions for working and interacting harmoniously.

Depending on the aim and scope of the Intercultural Effectiveness Workshops, we call upon local moderatos or co-trainers from target cultures to assist in explaining and clarifying specific issues. This was the case in a cycle of workshops we recently completed for the IT personnel of a large international company located in Switzerland which had outsourced its IT operations to India.

We also offer Expatriate Training to managers sent on assignment to minimize the damage of culture shocks and to prepare them for smooth, swift and effective integration into their new environment.
